The cell wall of chlorella is
composed of cellulose.
2
The common chlorella without
special  treatment  is  hard  to
digest  and used  by  the  body.
In  traditional  process,  its
digestibility  rate is only at 40%
to 50% Some methods used  to
break the cell wall may improve
the digestibility rate, but
damage chlorella nutrient.
2
The research and development
group at Far East Biotech Co., Lt
2
has developed a process to
circumvent  the problem.
Through  the special  low-pressure
flash expansion broken cell
process, chlorella  cell  wallsbreak

¡Ein 3 seconds and  thesurfaces reveal numerous pores (similar topopped corn).
¡EThe followings are the features of the process
¡E
¡E1. Increase pressure in a flash
¡E2. Flash rise in temperature to drive out the moisture in chlorella
¡E3. Temperature is reduced in a flash to normal.
¡E4. Broken cell wall is detected under electronic microscope examination
¡E5. Data show that the digestibility rate is increased to >80%
