It features temperature-controlled stainless steel equipment and integrated automated production workflows, with capabilities for handling powders, tablets, and capsules in both pouch and bottle formats.
What makes Febico microalgae unique?
At FEBICO, we cultivate our microalgae using abundant sunlight and natural spring water from Da-Wu Mountain, combined with the fresh, clean air of the region. The average annual temperature is around 25℃, creating an ideal environment that enables our Chlorella to naturally absorb nutrients and minerals from the spring water, transforming them into valuable compounds. Our founder, Mr. C. C. Chiueh, selected this site for its natural resources, ample space for cultivation, unpolluted surroundings, and the pristine spring water from Da-Wu Mountain. Mr. Chiueh's commitment to finding a pollution-free location was instrumental in establishing the perfect environment for cultivating both Chlorella and Spirulina.

The optimal growth conditions for high-quality microalgae require three key factors: a clean water source, abundant sunlight, and an ideal growth environment. Our research team conducted extensive surveys over the years to identify the perfect site for microalgae cultivation. Eventually, they discovered the most pristine and suitable location for Spirulina and Chlorella cultivation in Ping-Tung County. With its abundant sunshine and clean mountain spring water, Ping-Tung County offers the perfect conditions to produce the highest quality microalgae in the world.

Automatic bottle filling
The production line demonstrates the automatic pouring of algae tablets into bottles through weight measurement. Skilled personnel seamlessly continue the bottling sealing process and complete the external labeling of the bottles.
Capsule filling
The fully automatic capsule filling machine completes a series of consistent actions, including selecting, opening, and filling capsules with powder until sealing, all automatically. Adjusting the powder pipe capacity allows for different filling amounts without part changes. Suitable for filling medicine powders, dietary supplements, and other powder materials.
Tablet compression
The compression process involved in converting Chlorella powder into tablets begins with precisely measuring the powder. Next, the powder is fed into a tablet press machine equipped with compression dies corresponding to the desired tablet size and shape. Under controlled pressure, the powder is compacted within the dies to form tablets. This compression process ensures uniformity in tablet weight and density.
Sachet filling
powdered substance is dispensed into sachets through precision filling mechanisms. Once filled, the sachets are swiftly sealed to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. This automated process ensures accuracy, speed, and hygiene, ideal for packaging powdered products efficiently for distribution and consumption.
